Jr Account Executive

Are you a sales professional with an unwavering passion for driving business growth and delivering unparalleled customer value? Metz Kelly invites you to join our dynamic team as a Junior Account Executive, where you will help lead the charge in driving acquisitions for our growing company.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Account Executive at Metz Kelly, you will be a pivotal player in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Your role will encompass:

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the acquisitions process.

​

  • Sales Champion: Participate in the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, employing your expertise in value-driven negotiations.

​

  • Solution Architect: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present comprehensive solutions that address challenges and align with MKX’s long-term objectives.

​

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust acquisitions pipeline, leveraging tools to track leads, opportunities, and progress towards company targets.

​

  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for penetrating target markets.

​

  • Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture of continuous learning, staying current with product knowledge, industry regulations, and best practices in sales.

​

Qualifications:

​

  • Account management and/or sales development experience

  • An understanding of real estate transactions and their nuances is imperative to the success of this role. Previous real estate experience is preferred but not neccesary.

  • Ability for occasional travel to local real estate events

  • An existing lender/agent book of business is a major plus

  • Able and confident communicator driven to find and close deal!

  • Must be located in the Atlanta metro area.
